What is fonQ?

fonQ is a Dutch online living and interior store, with a marketplace alongside its own range. Its customers shop for the home: furniture, lighting, kitchen and decoration, usually with inspiration rather than a part number in mind.

How the connection works

Orders arrive automatically. Every order placed on fonQ lands in our warehouse system without anyone exporting or retyping it.

Stock stays in sync. Your available stock is written back, so the listing does not sell what is no longer on the shelf.

Track & trace goes back the same day. As soon as a parcel is packed, the shipment and its tracking code are returned to fonQ.

Returns come back to us. We receive them, check them, and put sellable stock straight back into inventory.

A shop that sells taste needs the parcel to match

fonQ competes on inspiration and presentation, and a crushed box undoes that at the door. Interior products are also the sort of thing people buy as a gift.

We pack to protect first, and a flyer, a personal message or gift wrapping can travel with the order. It is the cheapest brand moment you get, and it is the only part of the purchase your customer physically holds.
