What is B&Q?

B&Q is the UK's largest DIY retailer, and diy.com carries third-party assortment alongside its own. For a seller on the continent it is a route into the UK market without a UK entity and without UK stock.

How the connection works

Orders arrive automatically. Every order placed on B&Q lands in our warehouse system without anyone exporting or retyping it.

Stock stays in sync. Your available stock is written back, so the listing does not sell what is no longer on the shelf.

Track & trace goes back the same day. As soon as a parcel is packed, the shipment and its tracking code are returned to B&Q.

Returns come back to us. We receive them, check them, and put sellable stock straight back into inventory.

Selling into the UK from the EU

Since Brexit every parcel from the EU to the UK is an export, and that is the part that quietly stops sellers. Each shipment needs the right commodity code, a declared value and correct documentation, per parcel, every time.
