When you would use the API

For the most common platforms a connector is already in place, and it is free. If you sell through your own system, an ERP, or a channel with no connector yet, you build on our API instead.

What runs through the API

It is a REST API that describes itself: the entrypoint returns the available resources, so you can see what exists without waiting on documentation.

Products and stock — products, suppliers

Inbound — purchases, purchase_lines

Orders — sales, sale_lines, addresses, sale_attachments

Shipping — shipments, parcels, carriers, transporters

Returns — rmas

Getting started

Get in touch for access. We will go through which resources your flow needs — usually fewer than you would expect, because orders and stock do most of the work.

If you would rather not build it yourself, check first whether your channel is already listed under integrations.
