What is Praxis?

Praxis is one of the largest DIY chains in the Netherlands, with well over 180 stores and a marketplace alongside them. Its audience arrives with a job to finish rather than a browse in mind, which tends to mean decisive orders.

How the connection works

Orders arrive automatically. Every order placed on Praxis lands in our warehouse system without anyone exporting or retyping it.

Stock stays in sync. Your available stock is written back, so the listing does not sell what is no longer on the shelf.

Track & trace goes back the same day. As soon as a parcel is packed, the shipment and its tracking code are returned to Praxis.

Returns come back to us. We receive them, check them, and put sellable stock straight back into inventory.

DIY assortment is awkward assortment

Long, heavy, sharp or fragile: DIY products run into carrier limits more often than almost anything else, and a box that splits in transit costs the sale twice.

We hold that stock, pack it for the journey rather than for the shelf, and choose per order which carrier will actually accept and handle it. On a marketplace where a cancellation counts against you, knowing in advance what can ship is worth more than a marginally cheaper rate.
