Our process is similar to the general operating procedure. Apart from the regular receipt and inspection of incoming goods, we also spare our customers from unloading shipping containers and provide the opportunity to record lot and/or serial numbers upon arrival. Deviations or damage cases are immediately visible through the customer portal and are made known through photos.
